Project Uplift Ministries Adopt A Family Program supports Rochester area families experiencing financial hardship or challenging circumstances that may make it difficult to provide food, clothing and gifts for their loved ones during the holiday season.

Families complete a simple application to share their needs for the holiday season.

FAMILIES ARE MATCHED
Applications are reviewed with care and families are matched with sponsors in our church community.

HOLIDAY SUPPORT PROVIDED
Sponsors provide food, gifts and support to help families celebrate with dignity and joy.

Providing Thanksgiving meals and food support to help families gather around the table with gratitude.

Providing clothing gifts and essential household items to help families experience the joy of Christmas.
